At Philip Morris we are looking for a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst to ensure the specialized management of planning, forecasting, and replenishment, working in direct partnership with our business partners. This role is aimed at strengthening client relationships and maximizing profitable share and volume potential for both parties.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Logistic, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Customer Collaboration, Business, Computer Science, or another related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics (experience in Customer Collaboration and/or sales as benefit).Broad understanding of Operations (demand planning, customer service and logistics) and deep understanding of Supply Chain processes, preferably in FMCG or tobacco Industry. Experience in cross functional work focusing on interaction with sales/commercial.Team player with demonstrated ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment while working across cross-functional teams.Good time management and follow-up skills, including the ability to maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines and effectively balance quality and quantity of output.Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams and excellent communication skillsAbility to solve problems and make decisions based on data.Proficiency with MS excel advanced analytics and visualization tools (SAP, EDI additional as benefit).Fluent Polish & English (B2/C1)

YOUR TASKS:
Collaborative planning & building strong relationships with key Customers’ supply chain teams to align on forecasts and promotions.Co-manage replenishment strategies to ensure smooth product flow.Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and market data to produce accurate demand forecasts.Support the IBP process to align supply and production plans with expected demand.Monitor and adjust inventory levels to prevent out-of-stocks and overstocking.Oversee order management to avoid disruption supply and secure timely replenishment.Track key Customers’ operational performance and report KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, OSA, Inventory Turnover).Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and value creation.Maintain proactive relationships with Customers and internal stakeholders.Act as a logistics Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for strategic customers, fostering trust and partnership.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence.
