What you will do:

Assemble coil casing, fin pack and tubing per bill of material to support production and quality standardsAbility to use production support tools effectively (VKS, AMS, etc.)Must learn and understand all coil assembly stationsTrain new members on the various machines, procedures, safe work practices and any pertinent items regarding safety, quality and productionResponsible for maintaining the 5s program to ensure a clean work areaFollow and understand HOMESafe, Personal Choice and company safety manual requirementsIdentify and rework defective work pieces to comply with quality standardsRead and interpret blueprints, sketches or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling and installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirementsAbility to use hand toolsOperate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks), obtain PIT LicenseAll other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to operate hand toolsAbility to read and understand written English

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GEDPrevious manufacturing experience
