Including Automation tools such as power automate and RPA (ie. UI Path). + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and refine reporting requirements. + Translate complex data into clear visual insights aligned with **ISS CEC operational KPIs** . + Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of analytics solutions. + Automate data pipelines and reporting processes where applicable. + Continuously improve dashboard design and performance based on user feedback and evolving business needs. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + Proficient in **Power BI** , **SQL** , and **Python** for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. + Strong understanding of operational metrics and KPIs, particularly within a **Customer Experience Center (CEC)** environment. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to bridge the gap between technical reporting capabilities and business needs. + Experience with data integration from multiple sources. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx). + Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. + Previous experience in operations analytics or customer service environments.
