Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Python. Including Automation tools such as power automate and RPA (ie. UI Path).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and refine reporting requirements.
Translate complex data into clear visual insights aligned with ISS CEC operational KPIs.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of analytics solutions.
Automate data pipelines and reporting processes where applicable.
Continuously improve dashboard design and performance based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Strong understanding of operational metrics and KPIs, particularly within a Customer Experience Center (CEC) environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical reporting capabilities and business needs.
Experience with data integration from multiple sources.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Previous experience in operations analytics or customer service environments. Primarily in reporting / dashboard development preferred.
