Join our Electrification and Automation (EA) business unit, where we work on electrifying and automating energy infrastructure across Denmark. Our department covers the entire value chain from sales and project management to execution, and we are involved in some of the country’s largest energy projects. About the RoleWe are looking for a self-driven student assistant to help design, develop, and maintain internal collaboration tools, primarily on Microsoft SharePoint but also across the broader Microsoft Power Platform, with the goal of improving workflows, data handling and overall collaboration across the team.You will be working alongside another student assistant who focuses on structuring and collection data, where this role will focus on the technical implementation, developing and maintaining the IT infrastructure behind these solutions.Your main tasks will be to:Develop and customize Microsoft Power Platform tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate to develop scalable solutions that support internal workflows and reportingHelp automate internal workflows using Power Automate or similar technologiesIntegrate data from various sources to create dashboards and reporting tools in Power BIMaintain and improve existing SharePoint solutions based on user feedbackCollaborate with engineers, project managers, sales managers and line managers to understand needs and translate them into scalable digital solutionsYou’ll work approximately 15 hours per week, with the possibility to work from home. We do expect you to be present at our office in Ballerup at least once a week.
