The Cocktail Server enhances the guest experience by delivering prompt, friendly, and professional beverage service in lounges, banquet functions, and occasionally restaurant settings. This role contributes to guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and the establishment’s reputation for exceptional service.

HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

Take and accurately process guest beverage orders. Serve alcoholic beverages, including shots, bottled beer, draught beer, and mixed drinks, in accordance with legal and company standards. Sell unopened alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption when permitted. Handle guest payments, process sales, and provide accurate change. Arrive for scheduled shifts on time, in uniform, and ready to work per company standards. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable alcohol service laws. Greet and engage guests warmly to create a welcoming environment. Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership. Other duties as assigned.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

Must have TIPS certification.
