American Express in the Nordic region is one of the fastest growing international markets of American Express world-wide and is a strong driver of reshaping the digital market. We are looking for a new colleague to join our marketing team taking on the role as Relationship Manager with focus on driving the successful Nordic co-brand partnership portfolios! This multifaced role is critical to our success where driving engagement with our partner is crucial. The role requires inclusive leadership skills to manager, develop, and maintain the strategic health and relationship to our co-brand partner, SAS. With this great opportunity comes the responsibility to really understand the agenda, have outstanding project management skills and teamwork-instincts to drive business results in a fast-paced environment.
You will be part of the Nordic Consumer Product team, representing AMEX with our co-brand partner SAS.
**How will you make an impact in this role?**
+ Be part of the team delivering subject matter expertise across the main aspects of the partnership framework
+ Be the voice of the partnership, working to continuously improve the relationship between American Express and SAS
+ Performance analysis across the co-brand portfolio to continually identify strategic and operational opportunities
+ Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (Marketing, Benefits, Digital Infrastructure etc.) with the opportunity to lead implementations
+ Manage and develop the co-brand strategy that serves to deliver on our key objectives of scaling acquisition, customer satisfaction, and grow revenue
+ Engage with partners on a compelling proposition that drives mutual value for both parties and the end-customer
+ Coordinate with Global Co-brand teams to drive alignment and prioritization for Nordic development initiatives
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ B.Sc. degree or similar in a relevant field – e.g. Business Administration.
+ Proficiency in Swedish and English
+ Relevant working experience within Partnership management or Key Account management in a leading role, perhaps within a big corp, e-commerce, digital marketing or similar
+ 2 years working with commercial airlines, or similar experience with co-brand memberships
+ Superior relationship skills: ability to build and leverage relationships internally, and strategically manage external partnerships to drive win-win outcomes
+ Superior presentation and communication skills
+ Ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel with a strong sense of planning and prioritizing work
+ Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment, coordinate demands from multiple partners and key collaborators
+ To be successful in this role, it is key to be curious, organized, and reliable. To be an independent collaborator whilst appreciating being in a team is what will make this role the finishing touch!
