**Job Title: Coatings Helper** **Job Description**
Join the finishing department where you will use a powder coating spray system to apply outdoor/weatherproof coatings, primarily on steel parts. This role involves baking parts to achieve the correct finishing hardness.
**Responsibilities**
+ Utilize a powder coating spray system to apply coatings on steel parts.
+ Ensure parts are baked to achieve the correct finishing hardness.
+ Assist in various tasks as a shop helper, including using drills, saws, and woodworking tools.
+ Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to accurately complete tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with powder coating and painting.
+ Proficiency in using wet paint spray systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
+ Experience in drilling, sawing, and woodworking.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
