You will work from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This is a rotating schedule that helps you balance work and life. You work 2 days, stay home 2 days, and then work 3 days

Do you like working with machines and seeing how things are made? Our company makes high-quality labels, and we need a Coating Operator to help us apply the "finish" that makes labels shiny, sticky, or tough.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you run the machine that puts a special layer (the "coating") onto large rolls of paper or plastic.Set Up: Get the machine ready by loading big rolls of material and filling the tanks with coating liquids.Monitor: Watch the machine while it runs to make sure the coating is smooth and even.Test: Check the finished product to make sure the glue or shine is just right.Clean Up: Clean the machine parts between jobs so the colors and chemicals don't mix.Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
You don't need to be an expert yet—we will train you! We just need people who have:Focus: You pay attention to what you are doing so the machine stays safe and runs well.Math Skills: You can do basic math (like adding and measuring) to mix liquids correctly.Energy: You are okay with standing, walking, and moving around for a 12-hour shift.Safety First: You are careful and follow all the rules to keep yourself and your teammates safe.Physical:
