**Coater Operator** **Job Description** Join an established producer of thermally conductive interface materials, where you will play a key role in setting up, changing over, and operating slitter machines. These machines are essential for cutting products to specified dimensions, and we seek candidates who are mechanically inclined and understand the operation of basic machinery. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate slitter machines to cut products according to specified dimensions. + Change over machines as required for different production runs. + Ensure machines are operating smoothly and troubleshoot any mechanical issues. + Maintain accurate production records and ensure quality standards are met. **Essential Skills** + 3 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings. + Ability to use a ruler and possess strong math skills. + Proficiency in reading and understanding English to follow work orders. + Basic computer skills with at least 6 months of experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be mechanically inclined. + Ability to stand for long periods of time. + Capability to lift 50 - 70 lbs consistently. + Must have steel-toed boots. **Why Work Here?** Experience a family-like culture in a climate-controlled environment where extensive training is provided.
