We're now looking for a Co-Pack Line Leader to coordinate and support co-pack line operations, ensure health and safety compliance, oversee line performance, and act as the first point of escalation for any issues.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\n\nCoordinate and provide support to the production line operation, ensuring smooth workflow\nEnsure health and safety compliance on the production line at all times\nSupport the shop floor to meet KPIs and deadlines, communicating targets clearly to the team\nDelegate tasks and oversee performance of 8–10 line operatives, including agency staff\nAct as the first point of escalation for line issues, providing guidance and solutions promptly\n\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nHands-on experience from a similar role or within a warehouse environment is essential\n\nCo-Pack or production experience is desirable\n\n\nTeam leader or supervisory experience is advantageous\n\n\nStrong communication and motivational skills to lead and support the team effectively\n\n\n
