Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Co-op Trainee Operation/ Business Development - Saudi National to join our team!

In this role, you will join a leading professional Business Development team working on multiple proposals.

What You'll Be Doing:

Learn and Help the company in the operation daily tasks and responsibilities

increase sales through lead generation, marketing and other corporate strategies.

Learn and assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.Learn and Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies and initiatives.Learn and Support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach.Learn and assist in Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials for client meetings.Support in Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interaction.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance , Accounting, Industrial Engineer and typically 0+ years of related work experience.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.English Language: Speaking and Writing is a must. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
