The Content Technology Specialist Co-op will provide ongoing support to internal teams regarding the agreed strategic proposal requests, participating and providing technical expertise and knowledge regarding accurate and well-written RFP documentation. We are seeking a forward-thinking Content Technology Specialist Co-op to join our team, focusing on harnessing the power of proposal management tool, technology, and generative AI, to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance content quality, and execute innovative campaigns and projects. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about innovation and improving business processes. **Responsibilities:** + Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging tools and technologies to improve reporting, automate content maintenance, enhance content quality, and optimize operational efficiency. + Develop and manage campaigns and projects, utilizing prompts and tools to generate content strategies, smart skills and solutions. + Utilize tools and technology to create written content, ensuring the delivery of clear, concise, and engaging materials. + Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing Departments to identify opportunities for leveraging technology in proposal development, sales collateral, and other business areas. + Design and execute strategies for integrating AI tools into existing workflows, with a focus on improving content relevance, engagement, and impact. + Conduct research on the latest information, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements to keep our practices cutting-edge. + Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that initiatives align with business goals and customer needs. + Evaluate the effectiveness of projects and content, using analytics and feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts. **Qualifications:** + Currently pursuing a post-secondary education in Business, English, Communications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering. + Experience in or a strong desire to learn about AI-powered content creation and process automation. + Exceptional proofreading, editorial, and technical writing skills, with an ability to produce content that resonates with various audiences. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects with dynamic priorities and deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for collaborative problem-solving and innovation. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Strong proficiency in PowerBI, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) MS Visio, MS SharePoint) and advanced skills in leveraging AI tools and platforms for content creation. + Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to delivering high-impact content and projects. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to collaborative efforts and sharing insights on AI and machine learning applications. + Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a creative mindset, with a drive to explore and implement cutting-edge technologies. _Ricoh is an information management and digital services company connecting technology, processes, and people in progressive businesses around the world.
