**Co-op, Human Resources** The Co-op, HR Coordinator acts as a member of the HR Generalist team, and assists with HR initiatives and special projects in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and new hire on-boarding and orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** �· Provide HR support for various initiatives and projects; �· Conduct new-hire orientation sessions; �· Schedule and conduct exit interviews; �· Act in compliance with all applicable employment legislation across Canada and Ricoh Canada Inc. policies; �· Other duties as assigned by manager. **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:** �· University or College level Human Resource Management Degree or Diploma �· Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment is an asset **SKILLS:** �· Ability to learn new skills quickly �· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks �· Good time management and organizational skills �· Excellent verbal and written communications �· Comfortable working independently and in a team �· Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications, Lotus Notes an asset Come Create at Ricoh: If you are seeking a team driven by passion and purpose, come create with us at Ricoh.
