About the Role:

As a Co-Caretaker / Housekeeper you’ll be the first point of contact for guests - providing exceptional service while supporting daily front office operations and caretaking duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in co-caretaking duties and ensure the property is well-maintainedMaintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on timeUsing specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.Building strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to help foster a positive, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectivelyReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyEligible to live onsite and perform shared caretaking responsibilitiesFlexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
