As a Co-Caretaker / Guest Service Agent you’ll be the first point of contact for guests - providing exceptional service while supporting daily front office operations and caretaking duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in co-caretaking duties and ensure the property is well-maintainedWelcome guests with warmth and professionalismOversee check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiriesSupport and guide the front office team, leading by exampleEnsure tasks are completed accurately and on timeAssist with monthly reporting and administrative dutiesPromptly address guest feedback or complaintsQualificationsTo be successful you will have:
