Job DescriptionOaks Middlemount Suites is currently looking for a dedicated, experienced, and hands-on as a Co Caretaker / Guest Experience Attendant on a casual basis.
Caretaking:
Provide an overnight onsite presence to ensure guest and property safetyRespond to after-hours guest enquiries, incidents, and emergenciesEnsure compliance with property procedures and safety standardsMaintain clear and accurate handover notes for day operationsKey Responsibilities:
As a Co-Caretaker / Guest Experience Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, creating welcoming experiences while supporting housekeeping and caretaking responsibilities.
Participate in co-caretaking duties and ensure the property is well-maintainedWelcome guests with warmth and professionalismOversee check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiriesSupporting the Housekeeping teamEnsure tasks are completed accurately and on timeAssist with monthly reporting and administrative dutiesOpening and closing the property with periods of working independentlyPromptly address guest feedback or complaintsShift Details (subject to change):
Day shifts scheduled across Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and MondayCaretaking duties across four daysSplit shifts: 7:00am - 11:00am and 1:00pm - 5:00pmRole will involve opening and closing the property, with periods of working independentlyHourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $33.38 per hour
Saturday: $40.05 per hour
Sunday: $46.73 per hour
To be successful in this role you will have:
