ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **CNO Software Developer** to join our team in Hanover, MD. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities. + Assist with designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems. + Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks. + Ensure software standards are met. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field or High School Diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience + Experience programming in Python and C/C++ Experience with troubleshooting and debugging + Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with CNO development + Experience with Software Analysis or Reverse Engineering + Experience with assembly programming concepts. + Experience with Unit Testing + Experience using Atlassian products like JIRA, Confluence, Crucible or similar **Security Clearance Requirements:** + Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to remain stationary up to 50% of the time ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
