**CNC VTL Machinist – 1st Shift | $52,000–$66,560/year | Full Benefits** **Location:** Leading Aerospace Manufacturer | **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM **Benefits:** Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Our client, a top-tier aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a skilled CNC VTL Machinist to join their 1st shift team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and excellent benefits. **What You’ll Do:** + Set up, edit, and operate CNC Devlin Milling Machines with minimal supervision + Perform complex setups and run both established and new production jobs + Read and interpret blueprints and operation sheets + Verify part dimensions using micrometers, depth gauges, height gauges, and verniers + Collaborate with engineering on material conditions, tooling, and process improvements + Detect and report faulty operations or materials to supervisors **What You’ll Bring:** + 3–5 years of machining experience in an aerospace environment + Experience as an FAA Repairman or A&P Mechanic highly desirable + Proficiency with Fanuc controls and willingness to cross-train + Strong math skills and knowledge of GD&T + Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) + Willingness to learn basic CNC programming + High school diploma or equivalent required If you meet the above qualifications and would like to apply for this position, please click APPLY NOW and upload your most current resume or you may email your resume to our recruiter, Dee Shider at; dee.shider@adeccona.com Please include **“CNC”** on the subject line of any e-mail correspondence.
