**Job Title: CNC Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated CNC Supervisor to oversee and actively participate in CNC programming and scheduling within a high-end job shop environment. The role requires a strong in CNC operations and programming, ensuring precision and efficiency in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and manage CNC operations and staff. + Participate in CNC programming and scheduling tasks. + Ensure high-quality production standards are met. + Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow and output. + Utilize Gibbscam for CNC programming tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in CNC supervision and programming. + Proficient in CNC fabrication techniques. + Strong knowledge of Gibbscam programming. + Ability to manage and schedule within a job shop environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with 5 Axis CNC machines. + Familiarity with DMG, Horizontal, and VTL CNC machines. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a very clean working environment, predominantly dealing with medical device full builds and government contracts.
