Summary: Seeking a CNC Set Up/Programmer with expertise in programming, setup, and fixture design for multi-axis mills and lathes.

Requirements:

3-5 years of CNC programming experience Proficiency in Mastercam preferred Experience with setup of 4-5 axis mills/lathes Competency in work holding and fixture design

Preferred Skills:

Experience with HAAS machines

Responsibilities:

Create and edit CNC programs for aluminum, steel, and plastic parts Research new tooling, work holding, and machinery Design and build custom tools for specific applications Set up vertical and horizontal CNC machine tools Read blueprints and create setup documents for new parts Troubleshoot new and old programs Train lower-level employees in setups and programming

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
