Job Responsibilities: + Individual must possess a positive company attitude and be dedicated to company success + Set up, operate, and offset CNC machine - lathe or mill + Change inserts as needed + Check parts against print for accuracy + Completion of daily required documentation + Deburr parts + Maintain a safe and organized production area + Help with any end of shift cleanup + Other Job duties as required Skills: + Must be self-motivated + The ability to perform and complete set-ups in this position is required + Ability to make program edits + Proficient with measuring tools of the trade (indicator, micrometer, calipers, basic tool set) + Ability to work as a team and individually as needed + Advanced math skills + Ability to read blueprints + Ability to use small hand tools to operating power tools Hours: + First Shift work 5:30AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday (this is overtime schedule) + Overtime is available on an as needed basis + Second Shift work 2:20PM-1:30 AM Monday-Thursday (this is overtime schedule) Excellent wages and competitive benefit package as well as 401K match and paid life insurance Give us a call or stop in!
