What you'll do as: CNC Set Up Machine Operator II
Set up and run CNC machines with proven/unproven programsRead and interpret customer blueprintsPerform dry runs and verify parts to spec before productionInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesDeburr and prepare finished partsConduct daily and preventive maintenance on machinesMaintain clean and safe work areasCollaborate with engineers and quality teams
Work Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
At least 2 years of CNC Machine Operator I experience & set upProficiency in G-code/M-code and CNC operationsAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring toolsBasic math skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervisionTeam player with strong communication skills
