**Job Title:** CNC Saw Operator **Location:** Tulare, CA **Industry:** Equipment Manufacturing **Position Summary** A well-established manufacturer of agricultural equipment is seeking a skilled **CNC Saw Operator** to join their fabrication team. This role involves operating CNC-controlled saws to cut metal components with precision, supporting the production of high-quality machinery used in farming and agricultural operations. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate CNC saws (e.g., cold saws, band saws, or panel saws) to cut metal stock to specified dimensions. + Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine cutting requirements. + Set up machines, adjust cutting parameters, and monitor operations for accuracy and safety. + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. + Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. + Safely handle materials using overhead or jib cranes. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or metal fabrication preferred. + 1–3 years of experience operating CNC saws or similar metal cutting equipment. + Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. + Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Forklift and crane operation experience is an asset. **Apply right now** and expect a **call/text** from **Jacob with Aerotek!** Positions with this company will be filled quickly! **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
