Contract to Hire position$28.00 to $30.00 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Independently set up CNC Lathes and Mills to run various production jobsInstall and align workholding fixtures and tooling with precisionPrepare machines for First Article and production runsWrite, modify, and troubleshoot G-code programs as neededEnsure code is optimized for accuracy, efficiency, and safetyUtilize Fanuc control systems to program and operate CNC machinesTroubleshoot Fanuc-related issues and ensure smooth operationUtilize CAD/CAM software to create and modify part programsInterpret blueprints and convert design specifications into machine-readable codeOperate manual machinery such as grinders, lathes, and mills to support production setups and tooling adjustmentsPrepare and complete First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with ISO 9001 standardsCNC Programmer Setup Tech Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of CNC programming and setup experienceStrong working knowledge of CNC Lathe and Mill operationsExperience with ID & OD grinding is a major plusISO 9001 knowledge and experience submitting First ArticlesStrong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skillsMust own all necessary tools to complete daily tasks independentlyAbility to work without supervision and take full ownership of projectsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
