Daily Responsibilities ·           Set up or program the computer on CNC machinery to create multiple bends on metal and complex geometries·           Follow safety requirements and maintain certifications.·            Inspect the machinery and product for quality assurance.·           Perform maintenance and troubleshoot when needed ·           Follow safety procedures and processes
Requirements ·           Can program and/or operate the CNC punching machine. Specific machine: Trumatic 5000, brand is TRUMPF·           Experience using the software: Trutops boost ·           Has previously worked in a fabrication/shop setting·           Layout skills - transfer the blue-prints and correct dimensions to create the physical product·           Knows how to troubleshoot and can provide training to others
