This role is critical in bridging design and production, ensuring precision machining of components that meet stringent aerospace standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, write, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software for milling, turning, and drilling operations.Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate machine instructions.Select appropriate tools, materials, and machining strategies for each job.Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and refine programs.Conduct test runs and adjust programs to ensure quality and efficiency.Maintain documentation of CNC programs, tooling setups, and revisions.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all machining operations.Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.Work EnvironmentClean, Climate Controlled Aviation Facility May involve lifting up to 25 lbs.Must be a U.S. Person (due to export control regulations).BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Full Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.401(k) with company match.Opportunities for professional development and training.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
