NC Programmer – Provides advanced CATIA-based NC programming and Renishaw probing optimization for production and development machining programs.

Job Requirements:

Advanced NC programming experience using CATIA V5 and/or CATIA V6.

Experience translating and maintaining compatibility between CATIA V5 and V6 environments.

Hands-on experience with Renishaw probing routines within CNC post-processing workflows.

Experience troubleshooting existing NC programs, resolving production bugs, and improving reliability.

Experience optimizing NC routines to achieve precise tolerances and automated offsets.

Experience supporting both production and developmental NC programs in an aerospace or similarly demanding environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working within Bell Flight or similar aerospace post-processing environments.

Experience transitioning from manual probing routines to automated registry-based probing routines.

Experience with multi-axis CNC machinery and tight-tolerance components.

Experience reviewing and refining existing NC programs to remove kinks, tolerance issues, and inefficiencies.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide specialized NC programming support to address production and development needs across a series of complex parts.

Perform advanced NC programming using CATIA V5/V6 with translation compatibility to CATIA V6.

Integrate and debug Renishaw probing routines within the existing post-processing environment.

Troubleshoot existing NC programs, remove production bugs, and optimize routines for reliable automated offsets and precision tolerances.

Assist in transitioning from manual probing routines to automated registry-based probing processes.

Review and refine six existing production programs to eliminate current issues and tolerance errors.

Debug and complete two developmental NC programs halted in pre-production.

Implement Renishaw probing routines into the post-processor workflow and verify performance on machine tools.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
