**CNC PROGRAMMER – NOW HIRING**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. This role focuses exclusively on CNC milling operations and requires strong experience in programming, setting up, and editing CNC programs for high‑accuracy production.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Program, write, and edit CNC programs for milling operations
+ Set up CNC mills including tooling, fixturing, offsets, and work holding
+ Operate and optimize CNC milling machines, including:
+ HAAS VF4
+ Okuma Cadet Mate 4020
+ Verify part conformance using appropriate measuring tools
+ Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs or setups for efficiency and quality
+ Maintain accurate documentation for jobs, setups, and revisions
+ Work collaboratively with machinists, quality inspectors, and production teams
**Requirements**
+ Proven experience as a CNC Programmer focused on milling
+ Strong knowledge of G‑code programming and CNC controls
+ Hands‑on experience with HAAS and/or Okuma milling platforms
+ Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
+ Proficiency in setup, operation, and optimization of CNC mills
+ Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in high‑precision or prototype machining
+ Knowledge of CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
+ Ability to improve speeds/feeds and machining strategies for efficiency
**Schedule & Work Environment**
+ Full‑time position
+ Fast‑paced, team‑oriented production environment
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
