Ensures parts conform to dimensional specifications and equipment achieves throughput efficiency. Works closely with CNC Programmers, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Leadership and select contractors / vendors. Specific areas of emphasis will include, but not limited to Multi-Axis Mills and Lathes. + Programming all CNC machines/controls (Okuma, Fanuc, Haas, etc). + Program with Inventor Cam. + Read and understand blueprints + Cad design 2D AutoCAD and 3D Inventor + Make layouts for machining + Troubleshoot parts and programs on the shop floor. + Set up new parts on CNC Mills and Lathes + Set up new parts and troubleshoot all Muratecs including loaders + Manage routings on the Mainframe + Work with Kanbans + Work with vendors to improve tooling + Able to use all quality tools (Comparators, surface analyzers, and gages) + Contribute to HPT and participate in 5S duties and team-meetings. + Wear proper PPE and follow all set safety guidelines. + All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or designee. + High School Diploma or equivalent + Associates Degree in Precision Machining or equivalent degree preferred Parker is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
