Job Description
The role of the CNC Programmer involves working closely with the CNC supervisor to program CNC Mills, develop machine shop setup information, and collaborate with engineering to ensure the accuracy of prints and routings for operations. The candidate will write programs for Horizontal and Vertical Milling centers, as well as multi turret/spindle turning centers.
ResponsibilitiesProgram CNC Mills with precision and efficiency.Develop detailed machine shop setup information.Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate prints and routings.Write programs for Horizontal and Vertical Milling centers.Program multi turret/spindle turning centers using various software.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of CNC programming experience in GibbsCAM.Experience in writing and developing setup/job tooling sheets.Strong knowledge of blueprint reading.Ability to perform a full machine setup.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with print to part Gibbs CAM programming.Proficiency in Solidworks, Gibbscam, and Mastercam.Understanding of GD&T and quality check processes.Why Work Here?
