Summary: Seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC milling and turning programs using Mastercam software, with expertise in machine control management and precision tolerances.

Requirements:

5+ years in manufacturing/engineering. Proficiency in CAD/CAM. Experience with full set-ups, program edits, holding tolerances +/- .0001". Mastery of machine code terminology and macro programming. Familiarity with cutting tool technology and inspection measurement tools.

Preferred Skills:

Leadership capabilities. Experience with live tooling lathe, 4 and 5 axis milling.

Responsibilities:

Create setup sheets detailing tooling and work-holding requirements. Develop CNC programs for milling and turning centers using drawings/CAD models. Support process optimization and machine utilization with necessary updates. Provide input on process decisions/strategies.

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
