CNC Programmer

Responsible for creating efficient 5-axis CNC programs, verifying tool paths, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with 5-axis CNC programming

3+ years of experience using Vericut verification software or equivalent

Proficiency in NX CAD/CAM software

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with AS9100 or equivalent quality standards

Experience utilizing standard tooling packages in machining cells

Responsibilities:

Develop efficient machining methods using optimized tool paths, techniques, and tooling

Write clear setup instructions, tool lists, and setup sketches

Verify CNC programs in Vericut to ensure accuracy and avoid tool crashes or geometry errors

Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to resolve manufacturability or production issues

Ensure conformance with company and customer quality system requirements



Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
