Summary: Seeking a CNC Programmer proficient in Gibbscam and Solidworks to develop and optimize CNC milling and turning programs.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Gibbscam; Mastercam experience acceptable with training. Experience with CNC milling and turning centers. Ability to read blueprints accurately.

Preferred Skills:

Full set-ups, program edits, holding tolerances +/- .0001". Knowledge of cutting tool technology for application optimization. Familiarity with inspection measurement tools.

Responsibilities:

Create setup sheets detailing tooling and work-holding. Develop programs using GibbsCAM software. Support machine utilization through process updates. Provide input on process strategies.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
