We are looking for operators who are skilled in both operating the machine and setting up programs, as well as troubleshooting issues. Candidates must also be capable of reading a tape measure accurately. Responsibilities:Operates a computer-controlled press brake machine to produce parts for further manufacturing or sale "as-is," following production paperwork and specifications.Utilizes tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to check parts for accuracy, ensuring conformity with print specifications.Programs the control system to produce parts in the correct quantities and verifies supplied materials meet production requirements.Reads and interprets shop drawings, tape measures, and protractors accurately, and inspects parts for workmanship standards.Completes production paperwork, maintains a safe and clean work area (6S standards), and adheres to safety policies and equipment requirements. Qualifications and Requirements:2 years of experience running CNC press brake machines High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Accurately fills out tags to identify parts produced, ensuring proper identification and traceability.Demonstrates proficiency in control language and computer functions required for setting up, operating, and adjusting the press brake.Troubleshoots and solves basic problems, including alarm editing.Performs basic setups for noncomplex bends.Reads blueprints to determine required characteristics for monitoring.Monitors equipment calibration within their department  Benefits and Perks:$20.00-$23.00 HourlyMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & GrowthYour New Organization:Make an impact by delivering industry-leading specialty vehicles that serve communities worldwide, from fire and emergency vehicles to commercial infrastructure trucks, street sweepers, and consumer leisure motorhomes and travel trailers.
