Summary: Seeking a CNC Precision Grinder for night shift to set up and operate grinding machines for precision machining tasks.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with manual CNC grinding machines Proficient in precision ID, OD, form, and surface grinding Skilled in plunge, traverse, and form grinding Experience with soft and hard metals including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, hardened tool steel, tungsten Knowledge of diamond and abrasive grinding wheels Ability to interpret blueprints and layouts Proficient in using measuring instruments like micrometers and bore gages Understanding of shop math including trigonometry and geometry

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with dressing abrasive wheels and recognizing wheel wear

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manual and CNC grinding machines for precision machining tasks Study blueprints or layouts to plan the sequence of operations

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
