**CNC Operation Boring Mill – Night Shift** **Location:** Tulsa, OK **Shift:** 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM **Salary** : $41-50K An established manufacturing facility in Tulsa, OK area is seeking a skilled CNC Operator. **Job Description:** + Operate CNC horizontal boring mills (Fanuc controls preferred) with minimal supervision. + Set up and run jobs according to engineering drawings and tight tolerance requirements. + Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.) to inspect and verify part accuracy. + Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job travelers to determine proper machining processes. + Load, align, and secure large and heavy workpieces using lifting equipment and fixtures. + Monitor tooling condition and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance. + Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve machining challenges. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. **What We’re Looking For:** + 3–5 years of experience operating **CNC horizontal boring mills** in a heavy industrial setting. + Proficiency with **Fanuc controls** and ability to perform **complete machine setups independently** . + Strong understanding of **GD&T** , blueprint reading, and advanced shop math. + Comfortable operating overhead cranes and forklifts to move large components. + Solid work ethic and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. **What We Offer:** + **Competitive pay** and overtime opportunities. + **401(k)** with generous matching program. + **Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage** starting Day 1. + Wellness rewards and free preventive care. + **3 weeks of paid vacation** to start, plus **11 paid holidays** per year.
