Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate 3-axis equipment and will eventually be trained on additional machinery. This role includes machine setup training, ensuring you become a versatile and valuable team member.

Pay: $18.50 - $23/hr based on experience

Shift: 2nd- 3-11:30 (M-F) & 3rd- 11:15-7:30 (Sun-Thurs)

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines, specifically 3-axis equipment.Undergo training to set up machines and eventually handle additional machinery.Ensure quality parts are produced by following established processes.Read and interpret blueprints to guide machine operation.

Essential Skills

Experience in machine operation, particularly CNC equipment.Proficiency in reading blueprints.Ability to operate and understand the functionality of calipers and micrometers.Strong mechanical experience, ideally with lathe experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with various types of machinery is a plus.Understanding of mechanical processes and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.00/hr.
