CNC Machine Operator

What You’ll DoSet up, program, and operate CNC machines for production runs.Work with a variety of CNC lathes including Morisaki, Okuma, Hyundai, Doosan, and Miyano.Support both low‑volume and high‑volume production projects.Utilize skills in Horizontal/Vertical Milling, MasterCAM programming, and various milling machines.Produce precision components that meet tight tolerances and quality standards.Partner with engineering to refine processes and improve efficiency.

What You Bring3–5 years of CNC setup and operation experience.Strong programming skills for CNC lathes and mills.Proficiency with MasterCAM and high‑speed machining.Ability to read technical drawings and manage production workflows.Experience holding tolerances of +/– .0002.Skilled in machining aluminum, bronze, and steel.

Bonus SkillsExperience with large milling machines (60\" tables preferred).Ability to operate a 3‑axis milling machine.Experience with bronze machining or manual machine operation.Leadership qualities and strong communication skills.A self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Work Environment & ScheduleLarge, modern manufacturing facility with both manual and CNC departments.Training on day shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (early Fridays).Regular shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM.Well-maintained equipment and a team of 40 shop employees supported by 30 office staff.Structured yet flexible environment that values work‑life balance.
