Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to operate unique fabrication equipment for metal bending and cutting required for the edges of large window and glass units. You will work with CNC equipment specific to this industry, changing programs for each run, manipulating the CNC control panel, and utilizing computer-based programs and measuring equipment throughout your shift.
Responsibilities
Operate saws, brake press, and other specialized equipment for metal bending.Change and reprogram CNC machines, interpreting digital 3D drawings.Meet overall and daily production goals for your department.Utilize hoists to move larger pieces of sheet metal or glass, and perform team lifts for heavy or awkward objects.Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience with CNC equipment and metal fabrication.Proficiency in operating CNC machines and quality control measurements.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure proficiently.Attention to detail with extensive measuring experience during and post-production.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
