**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with extensive experience in the setup and operation of CNC grinders, lathes, and milling equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in working from blueprint layouts and dimensions on drawings, and possess the ability to read manual gauges. This role requires attention to detail and precision in maintaining quality production records. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC grinders, lathes, and milling equipment. + Work from blueprint layouts and dimensions on drawings. + Load, align, and set up machines per drawing instructions. + Maintain quality production records. + Read and interpret blueprints, shop math, and machining methods. + Utilize knowledge of cutting tools and machining methods. + Demonstrate computer literacy for Statistical Process Control, CMM measuring, and CNC machining. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3-5 years of CNC experience. + Experience with mills, lathes, and grinders. + Proficiency in setup and changeovers. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Understanding of GD&T, calipers, micrometers, and programming. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Open to working 2nd and 3rd shifts. + Experience in a team-oriented environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a collaborative and supportive work environment where teamwork and communication are highly valued. Available shifts are 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LADSON, South Carolina. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.41/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
