Job Overview

The Operator is responsible for completing assigned production tasks efficiently and safely while maintaining product quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining process consistency, product reliability, and a safe working environment. The Operator will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support team objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities
 Demonstrate commitment to quality, and implement quality management system and its related requirements.Demonstrate commitment to EHS, and implement EHS policies, procedures and legislative requirement.Operate machines and tools according to work instructions and standard operating procedures.Complete assigned production tasks within quality and time standardsPerform routine maintenance of machines and toolsMaintain clean and organized workstations according to 5S practices Accurately record shift activities and ensure effective handover between shifts.Ensure production and quality data are entered into the system for performance evaluationParticipate in training and cross-functional improvement initiativesSuggest improvements to tools, equipment, or team operationsAll other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications
 Education: High school diploma or technical secondary school equivalentExperience: Minimum of 1 year working experience in a machining or manufacturing environmentLanguages: Basic proficiency in Mandarin; English is a plus

Physical and Environmental Conditions
 Work Environment: Shop floor environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and production materialsExperience: Hands-on physical laborLifting Requirements: Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 labs) as needed
