This role plays a key part in maintaining process consistency, product reliability, and a safe working environment. The Operator will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support team objectives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Demonstrate commitment to quality, and implement quality management system and its related requirements. 2. Demonstrate commitment to EHS, and implement EHS policies, procedures and legislative requirement. 3. Operate machines and tools according to work instructions and standard operating procedures. 4. Complete assigned production tasks within quality and time standards 5. Perform routine maintenance of machines and tools 6. Maintain clean and organized workstations according to 5S practices 7. Accurately record shift activities and ensure effective handover between shifts. 8. Ensure production and quality data are entered into the system for performance evaluation 9. Participate in training and cross-functional improvement initiatives 10. Suggest improvements to tools, equipment, or team operations 11.
