About the Role

We’re urgently hiring a skilled CNC Operator to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires precision and efficiency in operating CNC machinery, ensuring all output meets strict design and quality standards. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC mills or lathes with accuracy and consistencyMonitor machine performance and adjust for optimal cycle times and positioningRead and interpret technical drawings and specificationsTroubleshoot machine issues and collaborate with team leadsPerform production runs and deburring as neededSelect appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments for each jobQualificationsProven experience operating CNC mills or lathesAbility to work independently or under consistent oversightSkilled in blueprint reading and precision measurement toolsShift Options & Pay Differentials2nd Shift:Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM ($8/hour shift differential)Weekend Shift:Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ($6/hour shift differential)Why Join Us?Immediate start availableFlexible scheduling optionsSupportive and collaborative team environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
