There is an immediate requirement for a CNC Operator to join a successful, Redditch based manufacturing company, working x3, 12 hour day shifts through Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

These positions are permanent and offer an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company who have a strong order book with further growth planned through 2025 and beyond. As a CNC Operator your responsibilities will include:Producing components for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defenceOperating 4 and 5 axis CNC machinesQuality control measures of your own workFollowing all health and safety policies and procedures
The ideal CNC Operator will have the following skills and experience:Operating experience with CNC milling machining centresKnowledge of Fanuc or Mazatrol controls would be advantageousAbility to check components with gauges and measuring equipmentA positive attitude towards work, development and team working
