We invite you to apply if you are ready to take the next step.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Operate machine to make complex angle cuts and threading where multiple speeds and feeds are required + Complete assigned jobs start to finish with little or no supervision. + Perform intermediate trigonometry to help determine tooling required to machine the part and best matching method + Read blue prints, drawings and sketches that may require intermediate math and problems solving skills to calculate dimensions not specified on print + Help Maintain Equipment + Q.C. all manufactured parts prior to removing from machine and informing the Department Supervisor **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Must have experience working with turbo machinery and with CNC Mills + Must have the required tools to perform their expected tasks + Must be able to work overtime when necessary + Must be able to use precision measuring instrument **What we offer you:** + 11 Paid Holidays + 15 Paid Time off (PTO) Days + Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability + 401k with 6% company match + Employee Assistance Program + Employee Wellness Program + Bonus Programs + New onsite cafeteria, all meals subsidized (La Porte Service Center) No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role. **Do you have a question about the role?** **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
