In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Mill machinery to produce metallic and non-metallic parts used in the production of inflatable packers, downhole tools, and other products. Responsibilities:Review blueprints, drawings, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of part/product, sequence of operations and/or set up requirements. Measure, mark and otherwise indicate the dimensions and reference points on the part or material to be used as guides for subsequent machining. Select, align and secure the holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines to include mills, lathes and grinders. Calculate and set controls to regulate various machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow and depth and angle of cut.Qualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDAPI connections (e.g., Rotary shoulder connections, Buttress, etc.)Experience with DMG-Mori Mills, Fanuc Control8-round and 10-round tapered connectionsMust have setup experienceAbility to read and interpret G-codeProficient in reading and running canned cycles Benefits and Perks:$30-35 an hour – Enjoy a competitive wage that reflects your skills and experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with wellness programs.Competitive pay, 401(k) with company match, and life insurance options.Opportunities for career advancement and ongoing training.  Your New Organization:For more than 20 years, our client has been an independent, privately owned oilfield services company with over 300 employees.
