Summary: Seeking a CNC Mazak Operator with expertise in Mazatrol and FANUC controllers for machining operations.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1-3 years of experience operating CNC vertical machining centers Proficiency with FANUC & Mazatrol controllers Understanding of G and M codes related to vertical machining centers Familiarity with CAD software relevant to CNC machining Advanced math skills for calculating feeds and speeds Ability to use tape measure, micrometer, and caliper Forklift and/or overhead crane experience Physical ability to meet vision, hearing, and mobility requirements

Preferred Skills:

Successful completion of a skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Write programs at the controller for various parts using Mazatrol and FANUC controllers Read and interpret engineering drawings Align materials on the machine using measuring instruments and hand tools Specify and manage proper tooling for parts/jobs while ensuring tolerances are met

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
