CNC Maintenance Tech 2nd/3rd Shifts Details:
Direct Hire position$27.00 /hourSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm)ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems • Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions, • Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to • Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, • Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct those, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts • Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and • Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other • Estimate repair costs.
CNC Maintenance Tech 2nd/3rd Shifts Qualifications:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Experience
The ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience working with CNC machinery- electrical and mechanical systems including Hydraulics, pneumatics, and some PLC experience
Familiar with blueprints
SKILLS & ABILITIES Computer Skills Microsoft office Auto Cad AIB Mitsubishi
