Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Machinist for a project that is located in Clackamas, OR. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Create and optimize CNC machine programs for cutting, drilling, and punching structural steel components
Utilize CNC programming software (such as SigmaNEST or similar) to perform nesting, editing, and tolerance-specific cutting paths
Develop and refine CNC machine programs for structural steel fabrication
Ensure proper positioning during cutting, drilling, and punching operations
Maximize material efficiency and support production goals
RequirementsProficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SigmaNEST, and Peddimat
Minimum 2+ years of CNC programming/machine operation experience
Structural steel fabrication experience (2+ years preferred)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, fabrication blueprints, and CAD drawings
Solid understanding of CNC capabilities, cutting speeds, and tooling
Proficiency with MS Office 365
Must have full PPE
